PeakPower Return Policy
RETURN PERIOD
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer; send it to the address at the end of this policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The following additional items are also non-returnable:
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within an estimated number of business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, clearance or final sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by local law.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective from the factory or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at jyk36908@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address.
GIVINGS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we generated the shipping label).
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
